GENERAL TERMS

All lessons take place under the auspices of the Ski With Flow - Snowsports instructor Jan Michna (further as Ski With Flow).

Ski With Flow does not accept any responsibility for accidents or their consequences occurring during lessons.

Participants must arrange their own insurance.

Lift tickets are not included in the price unless specifically stated.

Appropriate ski equipment is required for all ski lessons. This is not included in the price.

Any photos or videos taken during lessons or events can be used for social media or other marketing purposes unless communicated prior to the commencement of the lesson or event.

A booking is considered final when it was confirmed by the guide verbally, by telephone, in writing: by text message or by e-mail.

Lessons take place in all weather conditions. In the case of bad weather, unfavourable conditions or unforeseen circumstances Ski with flow has right to change the program.

In case of illness or injury of your ski instructor, you will get a full refund.

Lessons are carried out in all weathers. If the ski area is closed, the guest will be informed and the costs of the lesson will be fully refunded.

In the case of a no show, an invoice in accordance with the cancellation policy will be issued.
CANCELlATION POLICY

If you cancel a booking less than 14 days before it begins, the following cancellation charges apply:

14 to 1 day before the course: 50% of the agreed price.

Less than 24 hours before the course: 100% of the agreed price.

If the client arrives late for the lesson, the unused time will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Bank transfer, Twint and for payments up to 900 CHF credit or debit cards.
The Swiss Law is applicable in all circumstances. In case of any claims, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Davos, Graubünden, Switzerland.
